Tips-1 Edit profile
Having a different name for your Facebook Page will help you differentiate yourself, but users won’t be able to find the Page easily. That is, fix the page name and URL keeping in mind what people are typing and searching on Google or Facebook. And if branding is not in mind, keep the page name or URL as simple as possible.
Many people jump to increase likes without opening any page. If the description, slogan, address, opening hours, website, phone number, location are not correct, Facebook will not promote that page. So take time to fill these details. It would be great if you could add an animated or video cover of your own. When uploading a photo, don’t forget to write a nice description. Pin the most interesting post on the page.
Tips–2 Like-comment
Instead of waiting for others to like and comment on your own page, like and constructively comment on the good posts of other pages from the page profile. Don’t go with one word or something random just to show your page name. No one will be interested in your page. To increase the organic growth of the page, in the beginning, your page should be as ‘everyone’s friend’.
Tips-3 Call to action
If it’s a business page, you must put the appropriate button on the top bar. For some it may be send message, for others sign-up. You can also add a ‘Shop Now’ button when there are enough items in the ‘Shop’ section of the page. In this case, the use of send message or call button can be said more.
Tips-4 Add group
As page fan-followers start to grow, try to bring them all under one roof. You can create a separate group to share their views or posts. Organic likes can also increase due to that group.
Tips-5 live
Facebook live video has 10 times more reach than normal video or post. So if you get an idea that suits the page, try to make it live. Facebook still tries to keep live videos at the top of their news feed. In this case, you can show a demo of a product or service or an interesting tutorial.
Tips-6 Post size
An ideal organic Facebook post length is 40-80 characters (in English, including spaces). If you can give more information in few words, Facebook increases its ‘reach’.
Tips-7 Not misinformation
Don’t post fake news or wrong things to increase page engagement. Facebook is now very busy with fake information. If you get a ‘report’ of wrong information, your page will be redlisted.
Tips-8 timing
Understand the habits or routines of your customers or page followers. The time of posting should be chosen accordingly. The engagement time of users on different types of pages is also different. For example, if it’s a food delivery page, post in the morning or afternoon, not midnight.
Tips-9 Instant reply
Set up an automatic reply so that customers receive any information as soon as they inbox your business page. Go to page settings and go to the messaging option on the left side. Then select Response Assistant and select ‘Send Instant Reply’. Customize the message by clicking Change. If your buyer or customer is from this country only, then write the welcome message in Bengali. Finally click ‘Save’.
Tips-10 Facebook Pixel
If you have a separate website, use the ‘Facebook Pixel’ option for that site’s Facebook page. Some IT knowledge is required for this. A pixel here refers to a small piece of code that resides on your website. Facebook will get information about customers who visit your website through that code. You can fix the ‘Target Audience’ accordingly. In other words, the people who visit your website from time to time can see more of your Facebook posts, Facebook pixel arranges it.
